Blayne is the Senior Director of Barringtons and oversees all of the operations of Barrington Group Australia. He has a 20 year background in security and investigations in corporate Australia and previously as a criminal investigator with the New South Wales Force, investigating major crime at a number of high profile Policing areas.

Blayne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) degree and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Risk Management, Certificate IV in Government Fraud, Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Vetting) and other risk and investigation based qualifications. Blayne is a member of ASIS and the Certified Fraud Examiners Association.

Following the impact of serious illness upon his infant daughter many years ago, Blayne felt indebted to the community for their support and has been an active participant in charity organizations such as Cram Foundation, Bandaged Bear, Camp Quality, Red Cross and others. Blayne continues to participate in such events to ensure both those and their families affected by health or other related issues understand the community spirit and the strength they can derive from it as his family once did.
