At the conclusion of this course and through a variety of activities including roles plays, participants will be able to: identify what bullying is and is not, observe examples of bullying, understand the direct effect on the victim as well as others, have an awareness of who may be a victim and what bully’s need to understand.
More importantly, they will gain an understanding of how to prevent bullying by steps that can be taken such as: keeping a look out for bullying behaviours in their workplace, how they can help, what the victim and management should do and the possible consequences to the bully if facing legal action.
