Now is as good as time as any to get started while majority of us are working from home

Being active doesn’t necessarily mean physical exercise. Most things in our day to day life including housework or running errands is an effective way to maintain our physical and mental health. Whatever people are going through personally at that particular time means that there will be different needs, sometimes all you need to do is start small- light gardening or chores around the house.

Physical activity is a great way to reduce stress, improve sleep and boost your mood. Walking is the perfect exercise and best of all it’s free!
Now is as good as time as any to get started while majority of us are working from home.
