OVERVIEW OF COURSES 

 

Hospitality graduates will be provided necessary certifications for entry level roles, including: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Gambling Services (RCG).

 

You will receive a Statement of Attainment, having completed units from our Certificate II in Hospitality (SIT20316) Course. Graduates are provided access to the Jobs in Clubs job opportunity network. With over 8,000 people in the community this is a great resource to assist students with their job search.

 

 

Skill Set in Hospitality (SIT20316)

 

Course Description: This course is designed for those who want to enter the hospitality industry and get a qualification that nationally recognises their skills. These units can be transferred as credit for a Certificate II in Hospitality Course.

Units: 4 units

Course Includes: RSA ・ RCG ・  Food Safety ・ Hygienic Practices for Food Safety.

Relevant Jobs: Bar Attendant, Cafe Hand, Catering Assistant, Food and Beverage Attendant, Front Office Assistant, Room Attendant

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for entry into this qualification

Cost: Fully-funded depending on an assessment of eligibility requirements:

• Unemployed or at risk of being unemployed OR no longer at school

• Living or working in NSW

• An Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen

Course Description: This course is designed for those who want to enter the hospitality industry and get a qualification that nationally recognises their skills. These units can be transferred as credit for a Certificate II in Hospitality Course.

Units: 4 units

Course Includes Selection of Units From: RSA  ・ Operate a Bar・ Food Safety ・ Provide Service to Customers

Relevant Jobs: Bar Attendant, Cafe Hand, Catering Assistant, Food and Beverage Attendant, Front Office Assistant, Room Attendant

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for entry into this qualification

Cost: Fully-funded depending on an assessment of eligibility requirements, including: aged between 16-24 years of age and for any school leavers.
