This program is a combination of accredited and non-accredited training to suit the Club industry, more specifically the area of customer service and understanding of loyalty programs. We delve into the past, present and future of customer service and loyalty in Clubs.
Combined with an extensive leadership program, this course will also work to develop and enhance skills in leading and managing your team while building your service standards and loyalty programs. Loyalty programs are diverse in nature and this qualification provides a pathway to refine and develop your existing systems and customise your service style to make it uniquely your own and suitable for your demographic.

What do I need to know?
The only pre-requisite for this course is that you have worked in a customer service based role in the Club industry for at least three (3) years with some supervisory experience.
Students will have the opportunity to tour venues and hear from exiting guest speakers from the industry who will enhance the learning and networking experience.
The course is delivered in an employment-based format, meaning training and assessments may take place on the job. Training could include workplace activities conducted by the employer, practice exercises, simulated activities in the classroom, learner activity workbooks and research projects. Assessments can be administered on or off the job site. These evaluations may include: oral presentation, role-plays, assessment activities, knowledge quizzes and project-based exercises.
Completing the course will take the average learner around 12 months though that may be extended or shortened based on your learning style and prior knowledge. Upon successful completion, students will obtain a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015) as well as an industry recognised Certificate in VIP Host Management.
Further training after the certification is certainly an option. In fact, this course may gain recognition of your studies towards Diploma of Business or other relevant Diploma qualifications.
