• An inside or outside sales team in a wholesale business

The training is designed to provide the tools and knowledge for an individual to be competent in the first line management skills needed to work in the retail and/or wholesale industries.

What do you need to know?

To enrol in this course you must be employed in a management position within a small retail outlet, a department within a larger retail store, a small wholesale outlet, or a section within a larger wholesale business. You are also eligible for enrolment if you hold a Certificate III in Retail.

The course takes the average learner 24 months to complete. However, the actual duration of this course will be dependent on the electives you choose and your prior skillset. The training can be delivered remotely, face-to-face or a combination of the two - meaning the course will fit around your schedule. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate IV in Retail Management or a Statement of Attainment for competencies completed. This qualification may gain you recognition of your studies towards the Diploma of Retail Management.
